The second-highest debut of the week comes from American pop singer-songwriter Charlie Puth, who reaches a new career high on the albums chart with his sophomore effort Voicenotes. The record is his second top 10, as his previous release Nine Track Mind made it to No. The third and final new entry inside the top 10 comes from celebrated American guitarist Ry Cooder.
