Saatchi has launched a legal claim to assert his rights over the 21,400 sq ft storage unit in Berkshire, which was bought in 2013 to house his art collection. He claims that Rahul Gajjar secretly set up a company, CSRG Property, to buy it — with Saatchi and Gajjar as equal shareholders, depriving him of sole ownership rights.
