The inaugural ceremony of ‘Art for dream’ was held on September 19 at Peace Home, Washpur, Keraniganj CourtesyThe exhibition was dedicated to 11-year-old Farid Babu who suffered from thalassemia and epilepsy diseaseThe British Council in partnership with LEEDO and Gallery KARIKOR had organized an art exhibition titled “Art for Dream”. The exhibition was held over three consecutive days from 9am to 8pm and was open for all, said a press release. On August 31 a day-long art camp was held at Peace Home, Washpur, Keraniganj participated by street children. Renowned artist and right activist Shahana Mojumder was the mentor of the camp. The paintings were exhibited at this art exhibition.
