Share TweetBy Roy MabasaA criminal case has already been filed in the connection with the death of overseas Filipino worker Constancia Dayag, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said Monday. “The DFA (Department of Foreign Affairs), through the Philippine Embassy in Kuwait, has hired a lawyer, who has already filed a criminal case. The Department will continue to provide legal and other assistance to the next-of-kin of the late OFW Dayag,” the foreign office said in a statement without specifying the charges. It said the Philippine embassy has already sought the assistance of the Kuwaiti foreign ministry in expediting the forensic report on Dayag’s death.
