Still working out of offices that say “San Diego Chargers” on the façade, the team’s slogan (“Fight for L.A.”) has become a long-distance cry. Luckily, obtaining two or three mega free agents wouldn’t solve the needs in the Chargers’ personnel. “Pass rush wins in this league,” Chargers General Manager Tom Telesco said last week. If we don’t have Melvin Ingram, we have a pretty big hole. The Chargers have also had discussions with free-agent running back Danny Woodhead and safety Jahleel Addae about returning to the team.
