A charge of wilful damage against Dr Lance O'Sullivan has now been dismissed. Former New Zealander of the Year Dr Lance O'Sullivan has had the charge of wilful damage he faced dismissed. O'Sullivan was charged with one count of wilful damage in Rotorua on March 13 after an incident in which he smashed a car window. He later explained the incident stemmed from the frustration at finding a disabled parking space taken by a vehicle that did not have a permit. A court spokesperson said "[The] Defendant has successfully completed the Police Diversion scheme and the charge has now been Dismissed.
