Heavy traffic is currently being experienced on Outering Road after a conductor allegedly threw out a passenger from a moving vehicle at Kware stage leading to his death. Details are still scanty but videos shared online appeared to show a burning matatu on the road. A commuter caught up in the ensuing traffic snarl-up said they had been stuck on the road for hours. "Outering Road is a no-go zone. "We were approaching Donholm and we had to look for an alternative to get to Umoja because the traffic was bad," she added.
