The story follows Hannah Quinn (Alsbury) who is a disabled woman who works monitoring the CCTV on a rough estate. "He emerges alone but when the police arrive there is no sign of the woman, who appears to have vanished into thin air." Following that, Hannah is convinced that she has been murdered, but has to deal with apathetic policeman Tony Warden (Kemp) who gets put in charge of the case.
