Well, we have been using it for years, and if the system is not broken, why change it, right? TNG Digital, however, has been working hard to educate the public on going cashless, and make the Touch ‘n Go eWallet’s usage more commonplace. However, the Touch ‘n Go eWallet is governed by Bank Negara Malaysia and this means that it has to adhere to strict regulations. The pilot testers have been really tremendous in providing constructive feedback for Touch ‘n Go to further improve. For us as consumers, making eWallet payment is a habit yet to be developed.
