The police have arrested an activist of Islami Chhatra Shibir in Hajiganj upazila of Chandpur on charges of threatening to kill Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Facebook Live. The arrestee is Md Shihabuddin, a resident of Hajiganj upazila. The law enforcement agency made the arrest on Thursday night, said Hajiganj police station OC Md Jobaer Sayed. They would disclose further details of the arrest later through a press release, the OC added.
