ObservationThe Daily Graphic found long queues at some of the registration centres. In some places, there were scuffles and misunderstanding among the patrons over their positions in the queues, while the registration process had stalled at some centres due to technical challenges. The registration officers also keep complaining about their system breaking down and network issues. Some chief registration officers (CROs) and district registration officers who spoke to the Daily Graphic on condition of anonymity indicated that the major challenge they faced was with the network, which had been fluctuating.
