He said some 1,273 corruption references involving Rs 1305 billion are in various accountability courts. According to a press release issued by the NAB headquarters here yesterday, the chairman also said that NAB has received 496,460 complaints since its inception out of which 487,124 complaints have been disposed of. The chairman further said that NAB has approved 16,093 complaint verifications, and completed verification of 15,378 complaints. He said the initiatives taken by the present NAB management have started yielding excellent results and enhanced credibility of the NAB. NAB has devised a comprehensive Quantified Grading System in order to further improve the performance of NAB Headquarters and all Regional Bureaus.
