Commuters coming to the city from Alamganj Chowki in Patna City too will have to face a tough time near the Gandhi Maidan area. "The Patna City areas which are part of old Patna are densely populated with narrow lanes," said Surendra Singh, a resident of Alamganj Chowki. Das said: "The Patna traffic department will finalise its traffic plan for the day by Wednesday after due consultation with the Patna SSP." However, no one will be allowed to cross or break the human chain. Sources in traffic department said managing traffic movement for the human chain will be a mammoth task for the district's 9,000-odd police personnel.
