MANILA, Philippines — Century Properties Group Inc., the listed property firm of the Antonio family, yesterday unveiled its newest project, the P1.6 billion Asian Century Center. Asian Century Center is working toward a LEED Silver status. Leechiu Property Consultants, the real estate brokerage services firm, has been appointed as the leasing manager for Asian Century Center. The Asian Century Center will expand CPG’s recurring income, which has increased at a double-digit rate. Aside from Asian Century Center, the 58,618-sqm Century Diamond Tower is slated to open in 2019.
