After Krishna circuit, state may now be able to get centre’s support for development of wildlife and nature tourism in Rajasthan. Department of tourism has submitted the proposal to include Sariska (Alwar), Kaila Devi wildlife sanctuary (Karauli), Kumbhalgarh wildlife sanctuary & Raoli Tadgarh wildlife sanctuary (Rajsamand), Mount Abu wildlife sanctuary (Sirohi) and Jhalana Safari Park(Jaipur) for development under the centre’s eco-circuit theme. Jhalana safari park is one of the new projects in the state and further development under the eco-centre scheme will strengthen the infrastructure. It has planned activities like adventure tourism and wildlife tourism to cater more tourists. Foreign tourists are finding the state interesting and are exploring various colours and traditions of the state.
