New Delhi, Aug. 21: The Centre today told the Supreme Court there could be no talks with those who dispute Kashmir's accession to India and claim all elections were rigged. Kumar made the submission while reading out portions of an affidavit filed by the J&K Bar Association, which had filed the PIL. Khehar had suggested to the bar association to explore the possibility of ending the practice of stone-pelting by mobs on security forces by holding talks with the protesters. Chandrachud told the bar association: "Violence is continuing. That prompted its counsel to say: "They (the Centre) are not ready for it, how can we have it?
