MANILA, Philippines — The Central Luzon police is now on full alert status following the magnitude 6.1 earthquake that killed 11 in Pampanga, Philippine National Police (PNP) chief General Oscar Albayalde said on Tuesday. He said there was no report of damaged police stations so far after the earthquake that jolted parts of Luzon on Monday.
