CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga–Crimes in Central Luzon have gone down by 22 percent based on a week-to-week period from November 26 to December 2, and December 3 to 9, said Chief Supt. Joel Coronel, Central Luzon police director on Saturday (Dec. 15). ADVERTISEMENTHe reported a crime clearance efficiency of 72.31 percent and crime solution efficiency of 45.5 percent.
