CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – At least 220 personnel from the Police Regional Mobile Force Battalion III have been placed on standby as the Central Luzon police braces for Labor Day protests on Tuesday. The Workers for People’s Liberation and Workers Alliance in Region III are holding separate rallies that are set to start at10 a.m. in Pampanga.
