Age is just a number for Stella Cuppetelli. “To me, 100 doesn’t mean a thing because I’m able to do anything I want — I can walk and I can talk,” she said. Cuppetelli was one of three residents from The Springs at Lady Lake Assisted Living who were honored along with five residents from Lady Lake Assisted Living Thursday with a Legacy Celebration. The event took place at Lady Lake Assisted Living to honor the centenarians, or people who are 100 and older, who are living at the two Greystone Health Network facilities. “I think this is beautiful,” said Cuppetelli, who moved to The Springs about three years ago after living with her daughter in The Villages for eight years.
