The star of the menu was the sumptuous Perdana Crab Kuey Teow, a rendition of Malaysian kuey teow with a crustacean twist. The gravy made from fresh crab stock, adds a subtle sweet touch to the dish. Notably, they also serve the famous laksam Kelantan. The laksam Kelantan is a dish of rolled-up flat rice noodles, cooked in rich, thick white gravy, made of coconut milk and black pepper. The Laksam Kelantan is a hearty northern favourite.
