Ahead of Tropical Storm Vinta’s expected landfall in Mindanao, Cebu Pacific has decided to cancel some of its domestic flights scheduled for Friday (December 22). In its 11:00 p.m. severe weather bulletin, Pagasa said Vinta has intensified into a “severe” tropical storm and would bring moderate to heavy rains over several areas in Visayas and Mindanao.
