They defeated the Golden State Warriors, 115-101, to become only the third team to force a Game 7 after trailing, 3-1, in the NBA Finals. The Warriors won the championship one year ago Thursday, also at Quicken Loans Arena, in six games. A quick series seemed inevitable when Golden State won the first two games by a combined 48 points. The Cavaliers will have a chance to make history in Game 7 on Sunday in Oakland. “We know it’s a very special time and trying to bring a championship home.”There wasn’t much to cheer for Warriors fans.
