Collin Sexton scored 23 points, Kevin Love supplied 20 first-half points and the Cleveland Cavaliers snapped a seven-game losing streak by thumping the host Detroit Pistons, 115-100, on Monday. Tristan Thompson had 17 points and 11 rebounds and Alfonzo McKinnie contributed 15 points off the bench for Cleveland. Reggie Jackson topped the Pistons, who have lost three straight, with 16 points. The Pistons rested point guard Derrick Rose, who had scored 20 or more points in the last 12 games. Detroit didn’t score in the first two minutes of the fourth as the Cavs upped their lead to 20.
