MANILA, Philippines— Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray on Thursday paid a courtesy call on President Rodrigo Duterte at the Villamor Airbase in Pasay City. The newly-crowned Miss Universe and the president met at the Kalayaan Hangar. He said everybody is euphoric about her win,” Panelo was quoted by Malacañang reporters as saying. Gray is flying to New York City on Thursday to fulfill her duties as the new Miss Universe. Gray is the fourth Filipina to win the Miss Universe title.
