It could give residents a reason to travel downtown and help revitalize the area. It is, but only if the city commits to bringing in nearby restaurants and shops. The city would be better served moving the annex to a more accessible part of town. The proposed downtown location is in a blighted area. It depends on what the city, county and architect come up with.
