CLEVELAND—With speculation flowing that there will be lineup changes for the Toronto Raptors tonight, Dwane Casey is doing what any coach worth his well-cut suits and clipboard would do: Not giving away his hand. The only people who would benefit from Casey divulging any changes in the morning for the night game would be the Cleveland Cavaliers and daily fantasy sports players and since he feels no compunction to help either of those groups, there was little Casey said on the matter here this morning. “I’ve seen where some people have predicted wrong, so to speak,” Casey said after the Raptors held their pre-game shootaround at the Quicken Loans Arena. “Not trying to be secretive but we don’t want to give them a heads-up to prepare, who we’re going with.”Having been soundly beaten in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference semifinals by the Cavs on Monday night, the Raptors are going to need more energy, effort and offence in Game 2 tonight.
