At Delhi's Anand Vihar Railway Station, several passengers despite having a confirmed ticket could not board the train. Due to the negligence of railway authorities, passengers could not board the train en route to Sarhasa, Uttar pradesh because a particular coach was not added to the train. Passengers assigned SE-2 coach only got to know about the absence of the coach after the train arrived on the platform. Bewildered by the incident, passengers reported the issue to railway superintendent and even mailed about it to IRCTC.
