The 28-year-old defender who stand at 6ft 3ins tall has joined the Blues following his departure from Charlton Atheltic. Thomas began his youth career with Arsenal before joining the Addicks academy as a teenager. After moving to the Latics, Thomas joined Sutton United on loan before the Rainham-born defender moved to AFC Wimbledon where he made 90 appearances during three seasons in west London. Thomas subsequently joined Crewe Alexandra before joining Championship side Reading in March 2022.
