Acrylamide is a likely carcinogen. And sadly, again some bad news for the veggie missionaries, acrylamide is found mainly in plant food and does not form in dairy, meat and fish products. And when cancer already is triggered, the cancer cell’s preferred food is fructose. Stay firm at your plate with omega 3-rich salmon or grass-fed beef from where only grass can grow. Happy Salmon
