MANILA, Philippines – A car shop owner tagged by police as the eighth most wanted man in San Juan was arrested after an arrest warrant was served on him on Thursday afternoon. Operatives of San Juan City police station under Col. Ariel Fulo seized Robert Fernandez, 29, inside the latter’s house at No. Fernandez was charged for violation of the Anti-Carnapping Law before the Quezon City RTC. Police said Fernandez also faced a pending robbery case at the Manila RTC Branch 52. Fernandez was brought to San Juan City police custodial facility for detention.
