A car rolled down a street and hit several people after a Wellington party last night. Police were called to the party on Mortimer Tce in Te Aro to assist the host and to help clear people from the area. As partygoers were leaving, someone released the handbrake of a vehicle which then rolled down the street, hitting several people. A woman is thought to have fractured an ankle, and two other people sustained minor injuries. All three were taken to hospital.
