A car bomb has exploded nearby the Qasir Libya Hotel – Al-Dahra, an area close to the Italian embassy in Tripoli. A security source said that the man who carried out the blast in Al-Dahra neighborhood, Tripoli, parked his car in the middle of the road near the Planning Ministry after he had been chased by the security personnel tasked to secure the Italian embassy.
