More than one person is dead after a car plowed into a crowd of people on the London Bridge Saturday night, and addition casualties have been reported. Witnesses told the Associated Press that a white van struck as many as six people. One witness at the scene described bodies being “strewn over the pavement.”London’s Metropolitan Police said they are investigating the incident, and authorities have closed the bridge, diverting traffic. Authorities are also investigating reported stabbings in nearby Borough Market, and a third incident in Vauxhall, a residential and commercial area just over two miles southwest of the bridge, police confirmed. On social media, police are urging the public to avoid all three areas.
