Group 27, composed of Atallah Madi, Esraa Alaa Aldeen, Huda Sheikh, and Youssef Megahed, has clinched the prestigious W.E. Cowie Innovation Award for their exceptional 4th-year project. This award recognizes top-quality innovation in Engineering and was awarded on the recommendation of the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Design. Cowie Innovation Award, established in 2006 by Alexandra Cowie in memory of her late husband, Wilbur Elliott Cowie, PEng, is presented to a student or team of students in their final year of a Bachelor of Engineering degree for demonstrating exceptional innovation.
