Richard Caring’s Caprice Holdings group, which also owns Sexy Fish and Scott’s in Mayfair, reported like-for-like sales growth of 2.1 per cent for the year to December 31 2017. Its annual accounts record turnover for the year of £67.7 million. The company made a pre-tax profit of £9.2 million, up from £8.7 million the previous year, although it said that margins had been under pressure.
