U.S. Capitol Police say officers arrested a man with a phony badge and a BB gun. Police said no real guns were discovered, but they found body armor, several high capacity ammunition magazines and other ammo in his car. The suspect is identified as 53-year-old Jerome Felipe of Flint, Michigan. Capitol Hill is quiet this week with the House and Senate in recess.
