By Michael SusinCapita PLC said Friday that it has agreed to sell AMT Sybex to Jonas Computing (UK) Ltd. for up to 40 million pounds ($53.6 million). The London-listed professional-services provider said Jonas Computing will initially pay GBP23 million and an additional consideration of up to GBP17 million over 24 months under certain conditions.
