Bruce Janes, of Loburn, and his crew will fly to New South Wales on Wednesday to support the firefighting efforts there. The group will act as a burning crew, Mr Janes said. "Very dangerous, the most dangerous fire we will have tackled and we are gonna be right in the thick of it." At least 23 people have been killed since the bushfires in Australia began in September last year.
