Canterbury's Oscar Cadenhead and Reid Hilton shared the lead with five-time Charles Tour champion Mark Brown on the first day of the Harewood Open. The trio shot four-under 68s at Harewood Golf Club in Christchurch on Thursday. It was a tight tussle in the women's field with Caitlin Maurice and Miree Jung both leading with rounds of 73. They hold a one-shot lead over Tara Raj who was leading earlier in the day and is starting to become a real threat at this level.
