The German, identified as Stefan R, was arrested on Thursday. His alleged victim, 44-year-old Stefan Trogisch, had been reported missing by his flatmates in early September. Police claim that their investigations found that Stefan R, 41, had searched for cannibalism-related content on the internet. A police spokesperson added: "Because of the completely fleshless bone, and other evidence, we strongly suspect that Stefan T was the victim of a cannibal." Stefan R is a maths and chemistry teacher at a secondary school.
