The symbiotic acquisition brings together two well-known cannabis brands, Curaleaf and Select, to offer a full-range of products across the U.S. The combination will provide immediate geographic diversification with Curaleaf's footprint on the East Coast and Select's brand strength on the West Coast. The founder of the Select brand, Mr. Forni is recognized as an authority on vaporizer cartridges. Additionally, Select's Chief Marketing Officer Jason White will be joining the Curaleaf team in the newly created role of Chief Marketing Officer.
