Horace Cheung (center) will run in Hong Kong Island. Localist party Civic Party has sent out three teams all standing in geographical constituencies, including incumbent lawmaker Cheng Chung-tai (second left). Ip will be competing with Tang Fei, vice-chairman of the pro-Beijing Hong Kong Education Workers, who also signed up. He will run in Hong Kong Island, along with four other community officers who were defeated in last year's district council. Meanwhile, localist party Civic Party has sent out three teams, all standing in geographical constituencies, including incumbent lawmaker Cheng Chung-tai who would run in New Territories West.
