The candidates who were removed from the final gazette of the 43rd Bangladesh Civil Service, or BCS, recruitment have gathered at the main entrance of the Secretariat. The candidates have been waiting at the entrance of the Secretariat since Wednesday morning. The Public Service Commission, or PSC, recommended the appointment of 2,163 candidates in various cadres from the 43rd BCS on Dec 26, 2023. After returning from there, the candidate told bdnews24.com: “The senior secretary of the public administration ministry is unavailable today. When asked about the excluded candidates, he told bdnews24.com: “Senior officials can talk about this matter.”Mokhlesur Rahman, senior secretary of the ministry, did not respond to bdnews24.com’s phone calls seeking his comment on the matter.
