Montreal Canadiens defence prospect Josh Brook will join the Laval Rocket and make his professional debut Saturday in Toronto against the Marlies, the American Hockey League team announced on Friday. Brook’s Western Hockey League season with the Moose Jaw Warriors ended on Wednesday. Brook played in 204 regular season games with Moose Jaw, beginning in 2015, registering 31-126-157 totals. 2 among Canadian Hockey League defenceman during the 2018-19 season. Brook also played for Canada in the 2019 World Junior Hockey Championship, collecting two assists and finishing the tournament with a plus-7 rating in five games.
