Canada ending requirements for COVID-19 vaccines, ArriveCan app at border Sept. 30

The change means international travellers will no longer have to prove they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The cabinet order also spells out that vaccinated travellers will be selected for random COVID-19 testing, and requires travellers to submit their vaccine proof and test results electronically.
