Canada Goose had priced 20 million shares at C$17 ($12.78) apiece on Wednesday evening, which was above the expected range of C$14 and $16. Canada Goose recently opened a flagship store in New York City. "Along the way we have found a home in urban centres too," wrote Canada Goose president and CEO Dani Reiss in a letter to shareholders. Canada Goose acknowledged in its filing that it's vulnerable to shifting consumer preferences because its business "is highly concentrated on a single, discretionary product category, premium outerwear." Last year, Canada Goose recorded net income of C$26.5 million on revenue of C$290.8 million.
