We’ll know next Monday as the fantasy action comedy written and directed by Lakshman and produced by Prabhu Deva opens on Feb. 2. Roshan’s love story/revenge drama directed by Sanjay Gupta has pocketed 73.50 crore ($11 million) in six days on 2,200 screens. Hansika Motwani plays the female lead, reuniting with Jayam Ravi after Lakshman’s 2015 hit Romeo Juliet, a romantic comedy entirely unrelated to the Shakespeare play. The plot is under wraps but it seems from the trailer that Ravi and Swamy play cops.
