The town is considered the least affordable in the province, as determined by a recent study that compared wages with home prices. 'Don't see it getting better'The town is trying to make housing more accessible, said Lisa Brown, the town's ​community social development manager. Brown said she understands the grocery store has no plans to displace campers from its part of the lot. However, Brown warned that the figure of people sleeping in vehicles may have changed over the summer, the busiest time for the parking lot.
