The top-rated places in Siem Reap and the capital Phnom Penh are sophisticated, chic and down-right delicious. Getting there:Air Asia used to be a cheap, albeit long, way of getting to Siem Reap or Phnom Penh - but it has sadly suspended flights to Auckland. - If you plan to visit a floating village, choose a tour wisely.
